Cremation Approval

Purpose:

Form is used to view a list of new cremation cases needing approval.

If the user has selected yes to needing two step authorization for cremation this form will be needed. If they have selected no cremation, cases will be open and closed immediately. The cases listed in this page will have a CaseType = to "Coroner Case" and CaseSubType = to "Cremation Only" or the Cremation checkbox is checked on the New Case Information form

Navigation Tips:

• User will be able to select 1 or many cases from the list, enter who approved and the date the approval was made. This will set the case status to Closed. This will also generate the cremation report for every selected case. Each case will need to be a new page in the report. If a single case is selected for closure it will generate a report.
