Exam Information

Purpose:

This case related form is where a user can view and/or add in information as it relates to autopsy / exam information.

Navigation Tips:

  • Under the “General Exam Information”, a user can assign a Pathologist, Pathologist Assistant, the exam type, autopsy scheduling information and completion information.
  • The user will also have the opportunity to record the birth and death date information if it wasn’t previously recorded.
  • button will generate a popup screen that will allow a user to input individual autopsy attendee information.
  • will to save the autopsy attendee information to the grid.
  • button will cancel the transaction and will not save any changes
  • button allows to add in a cause of death in addition to the Manner and Sub manner, upon clicking “Add new record”, the user will see a “Cause of Death” dropdown and “Cause of Death Interval” field appear.
