Consultations

Purpose:

This is a case related form which is used to track consultations for a specific case.

Navigation Tips:

• : Click to enter a new consultation record,
• The user will be required to enter a value into the “Requested By” field
• A user can enter a consultation type (anthropology, odontology etc.) and the reason they are requesting the consultation for a specific case. Each Consultation request can have a separate report linked to it. These reports will be visible in the list of files for a case (File Viewer form) and directly from this form.
• : Click if the user wishes to add/modify an existing record, click on the button in the desired grid row.
• This will generate a popup window that will allow the user to add/modify in additional information.
• :Click the button to upload a report. User can select a row in the consultation grid, system will bring up a Windows Explorer popup screen that allows the user to browse and link a report and/or any other pertinent document.
• If a case is marked as report needed for closure it will appear on the case closure form.
