Document Item Release

Overall description

Purpose: This form allows a user to release case related document.
Layout: The page is organized in 2 collapsible sections. See below for specifics if available for each section.

Common Page Functions

Lists and Suggestions: The content of drop down lists, are managed by the application's administrator.
Any user can suggest a change to the list. (see lists modification and suggestions)

Section Information

  • Document Item Release
  • From the ' document grid' select the item row to be released. If you wish to select multiple consecutive rows, hold the shift button while selecting your other item rows. Or if you wish to select non-consecutive rows, hold the Cntrl button while selecting your other item rows Once highlighted, fill in the “Release To Agency and Contact” (NOTE: See the “Contacts NOK” form help to add in a “New Contact) When completed, click the button located in the banner. Once “Saved” the released items will then show in the Release Receipt grid below. From there the user will have the ability to print out a receipt After initial release we should generate the report the receipt section should be for reprinting.

  • Release Receipts
  • Section will show a row in the grid for all released items at 1 time.
