Purpose:

This form is used to input all evidence items that are collected for an individual case.

Navigation Tips:

• : Click to enter a new evidence item,
• If the user unchecks the “Evidence” check box, that item will then transfer over to the grid located on the “Personal Effects” form & will not display on the evidence grid
