File Viewer

Purpose:

Allows a user to view any case related images, documents, or videos for a specific case. Please note: CME supports the management of any file extension type; however the individual workstation must have the necessary program to open and/or view the desired file.

Navigation Tips:

• If the user wishes to add/modify Enter in Keywords to a file, click on the button in the desired row.
• This will generate a popup window that will allow the user to add in additional “Keywords and/or change the Description” value.
• To view a file. Click on the file preview on the left-side of the grid row.
• Or the user can click on the download button the right-side of the grid row to have the file downloaded to their local workstation.
