Medications Destruction

Purpose:

This form allows a user to record the destruction of Medications at one time.

Navigation Tips:

• Select the desired case from the Cases grid. You will see all specimens that are associated with that specific case populate in the Specimens to be destroyed grid.
• Click to highlight the grid rows of the items that are being destroyed. If you wish to select multiple consecutive rows, hold the shift button while selecting your other item rows.
• Or if you wish to select non-consecutive rows, hold the Cntrl button while selecting your other item rows.
• Select the method of destruction along with any other pertinent information.
• CLICK THE SAVE BUTTON IN THE BANNER TO SAVE INFORMATION ENTERED
