Medications / Paraphernalia

Purpose:

Case specific form that lets the user enter medications and paraphernalia.

Navigation Tips:

  • Medication
    • Press button to create a row in the grid. This will bring up popup that allows user to enter Medication information. Medication Name, Collected By, Collected Date, Collected Time and Stored Location are required
    • Grouping items: to create a group user can choose new group from Group Barcode field. This will generate a unique group number that will be available in Group BarCode field during next entry.
