Medications Transfer

Purpose:

To release individual or all Medications items that are associated with a case.

Navigation Tips:

• From the ' Medications grid' select the item row to be released. If you wish to select multiple consecutive rows, hold the shift button while selecting your other item rows.
• Or if you wish to select non-consecutive rows, hold the Cntrl button while selecting your other item rows
• Once highlighted, fill in any applicable “Transfer Notes, External Agency and Contact”. Link to Contact/ NOK Help
• If the item(s) is expected to be returned, check the “Expected Back check box and Expected Return Date”
• CLICK THE SAVE BUTTON IN THE BANNER TO SAVE INFORMATION ENTERED
• These items will then transfer over to the “Expected Medications” form.
