Menu

Purpose:

A system administrator can view/modify menus based on roles and how it relates to the users job responsibilities and/or permissions.

Navigation Tips:

  • Once a role has been selected, you will see a grid display with all the forms from within the system.
  • There are 3 permission categories:
    • Read-Only
    • Ignore Status
    • Visible
  • Check the checkboxes in the appropriate column for each form.
  • If a box is not check, then the form will not display within the Roles menu.
  • Click to save changes
  • Click to cancel changes
