Personnel

Purpose:

Allows a system administrator the ability to view/modify/ create a users and staff drop downs.

Navigation Tips:

  • Press button to create a new user or staff drop down choice. This will generate a popup screen where you can input the information required.
  • To create a staff drop down choice. (a name that appears in a drop down list but is not a user of the system)
    • First Name and Category are required. Category is the role the person is associated to.
    • Click to update record
  • To create a user. (a name that appears in a drop down list but is not a user of the system)
    • First Name and Category are required. Category is the role the person is associated to.
    • User name is the field that indicates if it will be an actual user of the system. After user name is entered Email becomes required
      • System does not Allow Email As Username
      • System does not Allow Any Part Of Last, First, Middle Name As Username"
      • System does not Allow Spaces In Username
    • User must be selected as Active
    • User can be selected as Administrator to have administrator rights
    • Click to update record
