User Work List

Overall description

Purpose: This form allows a user to see all alerts and tasks for their login and role. If user has closing/approval privelages form will also show a list of cases for that respective purpose.
Layout: The page is organized in 3 collapsible sections. See below for specifics if available for each section.

Section Information

• My Tasks

User will see a list of tasks assigned to them and a list of alerts for their login.

• Role Tasks

User will see a list of tasks for their role.

• Approve

User may not see this section at all if they have not been assigned approval/closure privelages. If section is available user will see a list of cases that need approval or closure.
